The right product in the right place.

I'm building tryfriend.space, software that runs logistics for DTC brands. It starts with predicting how much product to make and which warehouses to keep it in.

Brands with lots of SKUs get the worst deals from 3PLs. They also get stuck in contracts that don't change when sales go up or down.

So far I know four things. What I make has to let you pay 90 days later. It should only charge you by the day and number of pallets. It should let you increase or decrease usage by the day. And its pricing has to be clear.

I'm still learning what brands like yours need. If logistics is slowing you down, email me at adi@tryfriend.space.
